Queuee

Terms of Service

Last updated: 24 Oct 2026

These terms govern the use of Queuee, provided by Threedot. By creating an account, or by taking a token or booking through Queuee, you agree to them.

1. The service

Queuee provides token queues, waiting-room TV displays, voice announcements, WhatsApp notifications and appointment booking for businesses. Waiting times are estimates, not promises.

2. Medical disclaimer

Queuee does not provide medical advice and is not an emergency service. In an emergency, do not wait for a token: tell the clinic staff at once or call 108.

3. Accounts

Staff log in with their own mobile number and a one-time code. Never share a login code. A business is responsible for the activity of its staff accounts and must remove staff who leave.

4. Responsibilities of businesses

Add a customer's number only with their consent; follow the DPDP Act, WhatsApp Business policies and any rules for your profession; keep your business details accurate; and do not use Queuee to send marketing or promotional messages.

5. Acceptable use

No fake bookings, no access to other people's accounts, no attacks on or overloading of the service, and no unlawful or abusive content. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

6. Fees

Paid plans, if any, are agreed separately. Meta's charges for WhatsApp messages are separate from Queuee's fees.

7. Availability

We work to keep Queuee running, but interruptions, internet outages and WhatsApp delays can happen. Businesses should keep a way to call people at the reception as well.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Threedot is not liable for missed turns, delays or indirect losses. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Ending the service

A business can stop using Queuee at any time. We may suspend or close an account for breach of these terms. After closure, data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Chennai have jurisdiction. Contact: team3dothub@gmail.com. If we change these terms we will update this page and the date above.
